F.L.A.G. — Fight Like A Girl
Women's Self-Protection
Education Program
There is a urgent
need for female personal safety in today's world. 1 in every 4 women
will be sexually assaulted or attacked in their lifetime. A rape
occurs every 2 minutes in the United States.
The Fight Like A
Girl (FLAG) program was developed by an Arizona police officer after
reviewing over 3000 actual cases of sexual assault or rape. It is
not just a course in awareness and avoidance, but rather an
interactive, "hands on" program that teaches women the physical
skills and techniques necessary to defend themselves and escape
these violent situations.
Training includes
practicing full force techniques on a padded instructor as well as
every day safety skills which focus on awareness and prevention. All
instructors are certified in the "Fight Like A Girl" system.
EVERY WOMAN HAS
THE RIGHT TO BE SAFE!
